Danny is an Associate Director with ten years of international tax experience and over two years of experience in the digital asset industry. Danny has extensive experience in the challenges arising from the taxation of crypto assets and how software solutions can assist with compliance. Danny has contributed to global digital asset tax policy discussions, including with the IRS, OECD and HMRC as part of their implementation of forthcoming digital asset tax reporting requirements. This includes the IRS Digital Asset Broker Reporting requirements and OECD’s Crypto Asset Reporting Framework (CARF). Danny completed his Chartered Accountant (ACA) and Chartered Tax Advisor (CIOT) qualifications whilst working with Deloitte UK’s International Tax team.

Christopher Liguori is an Executive Director with over twenty years of industry experience. He is responsible for providing tax services and assistance to customers in the financial services industry, concentrating on the issues presented by more complex financial products and digital assets. Prior to joining S&P Global, he was the Managing Director of State Street’s FATCA and CRS Administrative Service, and a tax director at both Chilton Investment Company and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He served as an Adjunct Instructor at New York University, teaching Partnership Taxation. Mr. Liguori holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Management; and a Master of Science degree in Accounting from The University of Rhode Island. He also holds a Juris Doctor from the Columbus School of Law at The Catholic University of America.
